1. In the verbal inspiration of the Bible,
both the Old and New Testaments. (2 Pet 1:21; 11 Tim 3:16)
2. In one God eternally existing in three
persons; namely, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Isa
48:16; Mt 28:19; Luke 3:22; Phil 2:6; 1 John 5:6-8)
3. That Jesus Christ is the only begotten
Son of the Father, conceived of the Holy Spirit, and born of
the Virgin Mary. That Jesus was crucified, buried and raised
from the dead. That He ascended to heaven and is today at
the right hand of the Father as the Intercessor. (Mt 1:23;
Jn 5:22-23; 2 Jn 3; Heb 7:25)
4. That all have sinned and come short of
the glory of God and that repentance is commanded of God for
all and necessary for forgiveness of sins. (Romans 5:14;
Romans 10:9-10; Lk 24:47)
5. Justification, regeneration, new birth
are wrought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ. Romans
5:1; Titus 3:7; John 3:3; 1 John 3:9)
6. Man's only hope of redemption from the
stain of sin is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the
Son of God. (Lk:24:47, Acts: 4:11-12)
7. The guidance of our life through
prayer. (1 John 5:14-15; 1 Thess 5:17)
8. In sanctification, subsequent to the
new birth, through faith in the Blood of Christ, through the
Word, and by the Holy Spirit. (11 Cori 3:18; 1 Cori 1:30;
Heb 13:12)
9. Holiness to be God's standard of living
for His people. (Lk 1:75; 1Thess 4:7; Heb 12:14)
10. In water baptism by immersion, and all
who repent should be baptized in the name of the Father, and
of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. (Mt 28:19; Mk 1:9-10;
John 3:22-23; Acts 8:36,38)
11. In the baptism with the Holy Spirit
subsequent to a clean heart. (Acts
1:4-8: Acts 2:4, Acts 10:44-46, Acts 19:2)
12. Divine healing is provided for all in
the atonement. (Ps 103:3; Mt 8:17; James 5:14-16; 1 Pet
2:24)
13. In the Lords Supper or the Holy
Communion. (Lk 22:17-20; 1Cori 11:23-26;)
14. In the Premillennial second coming of
Jesus. First, to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch
away the living saints to Him in the air. Second, to reign
on the earth a thousand years. (1 Cori 15:52;1 Thess
4:15-17; 2 Thess 2:1; Zech 14:4; 1 Thess 4:14; 2 Thess
1:7-10; Jude 14-15; Rev 5:10)
15. In the bodily resurrection; eternal
life for the righteous, and eternal punishment for the
wicked. (John 5:28-29; Acts 24:15; Mt 25:46; Lk 18:30; John
10:28; Mt 25:41-46 Mk 3:29; Rev 20:10-15; 21:8)
