The Birth of Christ |

 Mary
was actually told what she was to name the Messiah: Jesus. He
will save. The Hebrew form is Joshua (yasha), meaning Jehovah is
salvation or He is the Savior. Just as Joshua had led Israel
into the Promised Land (see Joshua 1:1, 2), so Jesus would lead
His people into eternal life.

The four things a bed, a table, a chair, and a
lamp stand the
shulamite woman provided for the prophet Elisha is a picture of
the four things every one who serves the Lord needs.

Why should the
weary and the heavy laden come to Christ? very simple, Christ
will give them rest. Rest is available, but we have to come to
Jesus Christ in order to receive the rest of God.

Famine is the result of a population
explosion and the Christ rejecting world. And the situation is
going to increase. The old horse of famine in Revelation chapter
six hasn't appeared yet, but after the church is removed the
black horse and its rider will come forth.
What we see today, the food shortage
crisis and the price hike is just the beginning of sorrows.

like the days of Noah. Noah lived before the flood. Like Noah we
are end time believers. Noah spoke of coming rain to that
generation, we the believers speaks about the coming of the Lord
to this generation.

The Love of God
For unto us a Child is born, Unto
 us
a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6
From the divine side, it's more than just a child born; a Son is
given. "God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten
Son" (John 3:16). The Lord Jesus is God in human flesh. "A child
is born" speaks of His humanity. "A son is given" speaks of His
deity. As a child, He was born in Bethlehem. As God, He has
ruled from eternity. Bethelehem was not His beginning, only his
birth.
The true message of Christmas is found in John
3:16, For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten
Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have
everlasting life. This is the heart of Christmas. Jesus came to
give His life that we might have life.
Jesus Christ
coming again in power and in great glory. Not coming as a child,
as a servant to die. He died once and for all. He's coming now
to reign, to establish His eternal kingdom. The Word was made
flesh and dwelt among us, a new hope and a new promise was
given, that is, whoever believes in Him should not perish, but
have everlasting life.
