The coming of the Lord Jesus
Christ.
For the Lord Himself will descend from
heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with
the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together
with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we
shall always be with the Lord.

Thessalonians 4:16-17 (NKJV) |

Wisdom for today |
|
A quick tempered man acts foolishly, And
a man of wicked intentions is hated.
Drink water from your own
cistern, And running water from your own well.
Do not correct a scoffer, lest he hate
you; Rebuke a wise man, and he will love you.
The fear of the Lord is the
beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is
understanding.
A foolish woman is clamorous; She is
simple, and knows nothing.
The merciful man does good for his own
soul, But he who is cruel troubles his own flesh.
An excellent wife is the crown
of her husband, But she who causes shame is like rottenness in
his bones.

lama sabachthani?" that is, "My God, My God, why have You
forsaken Me?" Matthew 27:46 (NKJV)

for those who serve the Lord |

2 Kings 4:10 (NKJV)
Please,
let us make a small upper room on the wall; and let us put a
bed
for him there, and a table and a chair and a lampstand; so it
will be, whenever he comes to us, he can turn in there."
The four things a bed, a table, a chair, and a
lamp stand the
shulamite woman provided for the prophet Elisha is a picture of
the four things every one who serves the Lord needs.

All these are the beginning of sorrows |
|
Famine is the result of a population
explosion and the Christ rejecting world. And the situation is
going to increase. The old horse of famine in Revelation chapter
six hasn't appeared yet, but after the church is removed the
black horse and its rider will come forth.
What we see today, the food shortage
crisis and the price hike is just the beginning of sorrows.
Matthew 24:8

The days of Noah

But as the days of
Noah were so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. Matthew
24:37(NKJV)
Christ will come in a day which will be
like the days of Noah. Noah lived before the flood. Like Noah we
are end time believers. Noah spoke of coming rain to that
generation, we the believers speaks about the coming of the Lord
to this generation.

The
Grace of God.
As
far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our
transgressions from us. As a father pities his children, so the
LORD pities those who fear Him. Ps 103:12-13 (NKJ)
East
and west can never meet. This is a picture of God's forgiveness.
When He forgive our sin, He separates it from us and doesn't
even remember it. He removes our sins completely and cares for
His people as a good father cares for his children.
The
fact that God remembers who we are and how He made us is another
mark of His mercy, for we are dust. He not only knows what we're
made of but He became like us in the person of Jesus Christ. As
a result He knows exactly what we struggle with, so we can run
to him as our High Priest.
